How Do We Handle Faulty Item(s)?
If a customer finds the item to be be faulty within 30 days of receipt, we will arrange for collection or cover the cost of return shipping plus full refund of the returned item.
The customer needs to contact info@mdtrading.co.uk to organise a return authorisation.
The returned faulty item(s) will be inspected then processed and reported upon, which may take upto 30 days from receipt of the item.
Can We Return An Item(s)?
Our company endeavours to ensure that products are accurately represented by the description and images uploaded to represent each item offered for sale at MD Trading.
Despite this accuracy, if you find a particular item(s) delivered does not match your expectations then you may return it by contacting us at: info@mdtrading.co.uk.
Every customer must return items only after receiving official authorisation. However, in such situations we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping, this will have to be paid by yourself.
Once we receive the returned item(s) in a reuseable condition, complete with individual product packing as sold, a full refund of the product cost will be made back to your Paypal account or credit/debit card from which the original payment was made.
Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed. For health and safety (hygiene) purposes, we can only accept returns of underwear or lingerie where the item is deemed faulty or in error, the wrong item has been sent.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Every customer has the legal statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days from the date of the physical receipt of your order for a full product refund, however they will be responsible for the return shipping costs and they must retain proof of shipping.
The customer then has 14 days from date of cancellation to return the complete order in its original packaging. However, this right does not extend to cancellation of part orders or orders not returned in their original packaging and reuseable condition.
All refunds will be made back into the Paypal account or debit/credit card from which the payment was first made. Any customer who wishes to cancel an order please contact us by email via info@mdtrading.co.uk or write to us.
